eDelivery & eSignature (for loans with one applicant)

If you're ready to apply for a mortgage, you can access and electronically sign many of your loan documents online. With eDelivery and eSignature, your loan documents are provided to you via email eliminating the wait time assosicated with shipping. The process provides secure access - our site is password-protected and fully encrytpted, ensuring the privacy of your information.

All you need is a computer with Internet access.1Simply provide your email address to your Merrill Lynch Home Loans™ Representative when applying for your loan. You will receive an invitation to register on, our secure Web site, where you can access your loan status 24/7. If you've already registered on our site, just log in using your existing user name and password and then follow the instructions.

Online Loan Application Status (for loans with one or more applicants)

With you can stay up-to-date on your loan status by logging on to this site anytime, at your convenience. You can also access, view and electronically sign your important loan documents. Accessing Your Existing Mortgage Loans

You can also access information regarding your existing Bank of America, N.A. originated mortgage online by visiting your mortgage servicer, PHH Mortgage, at (Before clicking on this link, see Important Information below.*)

The online Mortgage Service Center allows you to:
