The Realty Advisory Services Program, offered through Cartus, is a complimentary program for Merrill Lynch clients. This program may help you save time and money when buying or selling a home. By providing guidance and advice at every step, it facilitates the entire process to help ensure the best possible homeowner experience. The program includes:
- A personal Real Estate Consultant to provide guidance and advice throughout the process.
- Access to community assistance, including school and other local information.
- A recommendation for a specially trained agent from a leading real estate brokerage firm.
- Cash-back available in most states with sale and/or purchase of a home through a network broker referral.1
Here’s How You Can Save with Cash Back
Based on the purchase price of the purchase or sale transaction where the referred broker was used:
